Staff Development Fund Online Application Process

Please select the red “Member Login” button on the right hand side of our home page:

  1. Enter your 6 digit CBE Employee ID Number and password and click “Login”.
  2. Click on the “My Development” tab and then select the “Application” button.
  3. Once you have filled in the required application fields click “Submit”.
  4. You will receive an automated email stating that your application request has been submitted successfully.

Course Cancellation

In the event you do not take your course, it is your responsibility to go online and “Cancel” your application as soon as possible.

Staff Development Fund Online Reimbursement Process

In order to receive your reimbursement upon completion of your course, all expense receipts to support the amount claimed must be entered and submitted on-line.  If paid for by credit card, detailed itemized receipts must accompany the credit card receipts; otherwise, claims will not be reimbursed.

Please select the red “Member Login” button on the right hand side of our home page:

  1. Enter your 6 digit CBE Employee ID Number and password and click “Login”.
  2. Click on the “My Development” tab.
  3. Your list of courses will appear.  Click on the course that you have completed.
  4. Enter the actual costs in the actual column.  Once those fields have been completed, the browse option will appear on the right hand side of your screen.  Upload your certificate and receipts and click on “Payment Requested”.
  5. You will receive an automated email stating that your “Payment Requested” has been submitted successfully.
